Aside from physical therapy, Mixed Osteo also provides nutritional treatments. Certified with Mac Nutrition, which permits an individual to practise as a nutritionist or nutrition consultant in a variety of settings.

Keeping in line with Mixed Osteo's combat sport emphasis, nutrition services are provided that encompass nutrition for weight loss as well as nutrition for recovery and performance.

Working mostly with weight-classed athletes, we have aided a number of amateur and professional fighters in properly training for their fights and getting them to the scales as safely as possible before their contests.

Using the Mixed Osteo online booking portal you can book and initial nutrition consultation, so you may get started on your weight-loss and nutritional journey. We will evaluate your requirements and develop a tailored plan to meet your specific requirements. Following your initial evaluation, we will schedule regular follow-up appointments to check-in with you and analyse the effectiveness of your plan, as well as make any necessary adjustments.
