Osteopath Dr. Luke Smith is a brown belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu and has had some striking experience in Boxing and Muay Thai. He also currently treats many professional and ammeter combat sports athletes across a number of disciplines including MMA/ UFC, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling and Judo.
Luke also works with current UFC fighters including Callan ‘the rockstar’ Potter and Jake Matthews. He has also previous trained at the highest level with other current and past UFC fighters including Daniel Kelly, Jimmy Crute and Ben Sosoli.
Luke experience and participation in mixed martial arts allows him to better understand the requirements and injuries that can occur due to combat sports. Working with the highest-level athletes it is important to keep them injury free to allow them to keep training and help them prepare for fights.
