North Melbourne is our nearest neighbour to the south-east. From Errol Street it is a short drive up Macaulay Road, and Macaulay station sits roughly midway between us.
We are at 92 Parsons Street, Kensington, inside Renegade BJJ.
Getting here from North Melbourne
Driving
About seven minutes from Errol Street via Macaulay Road.
Parking
Street parking on and around Parsons Street, and generally far easier than anything you will find around Errol Street.
Public transport
Macaulay station sits between North Melbourne and us on the Upfield line. North Melbourne station is a short ride or a longer walk.
Find the door: we are inside the Renegade BJJ building at 92 Parsons Street. Entry is via the rear of the building, not the main gym doors. First-time visitors miss this regularly, so allow an extra minute.
Training in North Melbourne
North Melbourne is dense with training options. Equilibrium and Sphere Wellness Studio are both on Errol Street, The Underground Fitness Club is on Peel Street, and North Melbourne Recreation Centre on Arden Street covers the pool and general gym.
It is also a running suburb. A lot of our North Melbourne patients are training for a distance event and turn up with the same handful of complaints — calves, Achilles, shins and lateral hip.
Who we see from North Melbourne
North Melbourne patients tend to be runners, semi-private and small-group trainers, and office workers from the Arden precinct. Load management matters more here than acute injury.
Whatever brings you in, the first appointment covers a full history, gait and functional movement assessment, hands-on treatment, and a plan you leave with in writing.

Is there parking near the clinic?
Yes, street parking on and around Parsons Street. It is considerably easier than parking in North Melbourne itself. Check signage for time limits.
Do you treat running injuries?
Yes. Assessment starts with gait and functional movement analysis, which matters more for runners than almost any other group we see.
Do I need a referral?
No. Osteopaths are first-contact practitioners in Australia, so you can book directly. A referral only matters for funding pathways such as a Medicare care plan, DVA or WorkCover.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Yes, if you hold extras cover that includes osteopathy or remedial massage. Check your level of cover with your fund.
